Sylvester R. Jackson, of Westwood, allegedly sexually assaulted the victim on Sept. 28 in the borough of Westwood, an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office and Westwood police found, according to Prosecutor Mark Musella.
Jackson was arrested on Wednesday, Oct. 2, and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal sexual contact. He was lodged in the county jail pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
